We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers.
- Ensure work is completed according to project plans and quality standards.
- Monitor workforce attendance and productivity.
- Maintain daily work reports and site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Check materials received and manage site inventory.
- Report project progress and any site issues to management.




- Resolve day-to-day operational problems at the site.

Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Civil background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites if required.
