Position: HR Executive /Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience and Skills)

Eligibility
MBA in Human Resource (HR) is mandatory.
Age: Up to 35 years.(Male/Female)
Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in HR Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Maintain recruitment reports,



candidate databases, and hiring records.

Required Skills
Solid expertise in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under hiring targets and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring strategies.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven track record of successfully closing positions across multiple departments.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of handling bulk as well as niche hiring.
