Role Overview
We?re hiring a Lead Product Manager ? Platform based in Gurgaon to build and scale core platform capabilities that power investing and trading across Pluang. This role sits at the center of the product surface area?spanning core trading experience, onboarding/KYC, platform reliability, and high-impact product capabilities that can move key metrics across asset classes.

While priorities can evolve in a startup, a meaningful part of this role will involve improving and scaling trading tools that help users make better decisions and trade with more confidence?such as Trading Signals, Screeners, AI Trading Insights (Aura),



Auto Invest, and strategy-driven experiences .
What You Will Do
1. Own platform roadmap across core user journeys and foundational systems
- Define and execute roadmap initiatives that improve core journeys such as onboarding/KYC, discoverability, trading flows, and portfolio experiences.
- Build scalable platform capabilities that can be reused across asset classes and product lines.
- Partner with Engineering to deliver high-quality systems that are reliable, secure, and extensible.

2. Build and evolve trading tools that drive user engagement and confidence
- Ship and iterate on trading tools such as Signals, Screeners, Alerts, AI insights (Aura), Auto Invest, and Trading Strategies .
- Improve discovery and adoption of these tools across key surfaces (Explore, Asset Detail, Trade page, Portfolio).
- Ensure tools are trustworthy and explainable?especially for AI-driven insights?through c
