Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring total Quality Assurance at Incoming, Final & Outgoing Quality on an hourly basis; creates a quality plan for required components.
- Process inspection verifying work order requirements, 5S, ESD, screw torque, equipment temperature, and humidity, etc.
- Ensure all staff/workers follow SOP.
- Generate quality data and analyze abnormal/special case problems and track improvement.
- Assist QC leader to track or deal with issues in assembly.
- Implement Problem-solving tools in the Shop floor (7 QC Tools).
- Ensure the safety of operators, and respect of equipment and setting.
- Analyze In house rejections by Pareto; Cause & Effect Diagram, Root cause Analysis & 5Whys.
- Deliver the Production with Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.




- Monitoring the Process Flow in each & every stage of production is as per the required specification.
- Filling 8D formats for internal Corrective and Preventive Actions.
- Setting/Checking process parameters, and hourly output standards.
- Continuous monitoring of rejections & initiating actions for Scrap Reduction.
- Reviewing the Non-conformity with the CFT team to take immediate Corrective Measures.
- Preparing WeeklyMonthly Quality performance Reports to Top Management.
- Initiating Kaizen Projects

Participating in daily audits, internal audits, and customer audits.
