Job Summary

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist with experience in industrial procurement and vendor development for mechanical equipment and fabricated components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing pressure vessels, heat exchangers, fabricated equipment, piping, valves, pumps, and other industrial components from Indian manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop recent suppliers across India.
- Float RFQs and obtain technical and commercial quotations.
- Compare supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.
- Develop long-term supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with engineering teams on technical requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits and vendor qualification.
- Track manufacturing progress and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Resolve supplier quality issues and manage NCRs.
- Support cost reduction and localization initiatives.
- Coordinate inspections and factory visits with suppliers.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing to delivery.

Required Qualifications




- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 4–8 years of sourcing/procurement experience.
- Strong experience in industrial procurement.
- Experience handling vendor development and supplier negotiations.
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings and engineering documentation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
