The Business Analyst/Assistant Manager role is part of the Analytics, Investment Optimization and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team within the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Marketing group at American Express. Based in Gurugram, this team serves as the analytical engine supporting the Global Commercial Card Non-Card business.

The role focuses on marketing analytics, including portfolio analysis, campaign measurement, and optimization. It involves close collaboration with GCS Marketing teams to analyze customer behavior, evaluate marketing performance, and provide data-driven insights. The position requires strong analytical expertise, commercial card product understanding, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative, global workplace.
- Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory).
- Experience with Big Data tools and BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
