Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Store Manager role based in Mumbai. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to brand guidelines. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.



The role also involves monitoring retail loss prevention measures, analyzing store metrics, and implementing improvement initiatives. The Store Manager collaborates with regional management to execute promotional activities, optimize staffing, and support training and development of team members.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a premium brand experience.
- Store Management expertise, including daily operations, team leadership, and performance monitoring in a retail environment.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including shrink control, compliance with policies, and secure store operations.
- Previous experience in retail or luxury brand management, preferably in a supervisory or manag
