ROLE SUMMAR

YWe are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for mid-senior, senior, and leadership roles across our B2B IT Services and SaaS business lines. This is a high-impact, stakeholder-facing role requiring deep expertise in sourcing and closing niche technology talent — including Data, AI/ML, Development, Customer Facing, and SaaS platform specialists — while building strong partnerships with business leaders to shape hiring strategy. We're looking for someone with an AI-first mindset who actively leverages AI tools to make recruitment faster, smarter, and more effective

.KEY RESPONSIBILITIE
- SOwn end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior, senior, and leadership positions across B2B IT Services and SaaS platform businesses
- .Actively embed AI tools into day-to-day recruitment workflow
s — including AI-assisted sourcing,



JD generation, resume screening/shortlisting, candidate engagement (chatbots/outreach), interview scheduling, and market/compensation research — to improve speed, quality, and consistency of hiring
- .Design and execute sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles in Data, AI/ML, SaaS, and other emerging technology domains
- .Lead leadership and executive-level hiring, including defining role scorecards, managing structured interview processes, and driving offer negotiations
- .Partner closely with hiring managers, business unit heads, and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring plans
- .Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and passive candidate engagement
