Köche is a premium kitchen appliance brand focused on creating thoughtfully engineered products for modern Indian kitchens. With a growing presence across D2C, marketplaces, and offline retail, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager to drive our online business and accelerate digital growth.

Role Overview

As the E-commerce Manager, you will own the complete online business across marketplaces and our D2C website. You will be responsible for driving revenue, improving product visibility, optimizing listings, managing marketplace operations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management
- Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra (if applicable), and other marketplaces.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
- Optimize product listings, A+ content, SEO keywords, and catalog quality.




- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales.
- Monitor Buy Box performance and unauthorized seller activity.

D2C Website
- Manage and optimize the Köche website for conversions and user experience.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches, landing pages, offers, and campaigns.
- Improve website merchandising and customer journey.

Performance & Analytics
- Track sales, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, CAC, and other key business metrics.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability using data.

Inventory & Operations
- Coordinate inventory planning with warehouse and supply chain teams.
- Ensure stock availability while minimizing stock-outs and overstock situations.
- Work closely with customer support to resolve order-related issues.

Vendor & Agency Management
- Coordinate with marketpla
