We're looking for an experienced
Head of Demand Generation
to build and scale a predictable revenue engine for our Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) business.

If you've successfully built SDR/BD teams, created outbound engines from scratch, and driven measurable pipeline growth in
IT Services, Technical Staffing, or Consulting
, we'd love to connect.

What You'll Own
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of
SDRs and Business Development professionals
.
- Design and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy targeting SME accounts across
India and the US
.
- Develop scalable outbound processes that consistently generate high-quality pipeline.
- Own key demand generation metrics including
MQLs, SQLs, Pipeline Velocity, Conversion Rates, and Forecasting
.
- Partner closely with Sales, Key Account Management, and leadership teams to accelerate revenue growth.




- Drive AI-enabled GTM initiatives and leverage data to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in
Demand Generation, SDR Leadership, or Revenue Generation
.
- Proven success in
IT Services, Technical Staffing, or Consulting
environments.
- 3–5 years of experience hiring, coaching, and scaling SDR/BD teams.
- Robust expertise in building predictable outbound pipeline engines.
- Experience selling into
India and US mid-market enterprise
segments.
- Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools such as
HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, and 6sense
.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Comfortable working flexible hours to support global markets.
