Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officers BFSI role based in Kochi. The Sales Officer will be responsible for sourcing and developing new business opportunities within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) segment, including reaching out to prospective customers through calls, visits, and referrals.



The role includes managing the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation and needs assessment to product presentation, negotiation, and closure. The Sales Officer will maintain strong relationships with existing customers, provide responsive customer service, and ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns. Daily activities also include coordinating with internal teams and channel partners, preparing basic sales reports, and meeting assigned sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Operations and Channel Sales skills, with experience managing the sales cycle and working with partners or branches in the BFSI sector.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation and Customer Service, including prospecting, follow-up, and post‑sales support.
