Role Description
The IT Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for providing technical support to internal users and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. This role includes diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on desktop computers, managing user accounts and access, and responding to help desk tickets in a timely manner. The IT Support Specialist will install and configure operating systems and applications, maintain inventory of IT assets, and assist with network connectivity and peripheral device setup. The role also involves documenting solutions, educating users on best practices, coordinating with vendors or senior IT staff when required, and supporting continuous improvements in IT processes and security.
