We’re looking for a Senior HR Executive
who is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating a positive employee experience, and ensuring seamless HR operations. Experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency will be an added advantage.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and ensure positions are filled within timelines.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a cooperative and positive work culture.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation confirmations, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, attendance records, leave management, and employee databases.
- Support performance management processes, training programs, and employee learning & development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to employer branding efforts that attract and retain top talent.
