Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Project Head Projects

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Head to lead showroom expansion, renovation, and infrastructure projects across Maharashtra. The role involves planning, execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, quality control, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead recent showroom fit-out, renovation, and expansion projects.
- Plan project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets.
- Manage procurement and vendor performance.
- Conduct site visits and resolve project-related issues.
- Prepare project MIS, reports, and management updates.




- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution.

Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil), Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in retail, commercial, or showroom projects.
- Experience in jewellery retail/showroom projects is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
