Job Description
- We are looking for a dynamic Lead Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and team management for Domestic market.
- This role involves leading a team, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of hiring mandates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand requirements
- Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Ensure quality, speed,



and efficiency in hiring processes
- Track team performance and provide regular reports and insights
- Maintain strong candidate experience and employer branding

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT hiring
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling/leadership
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
