Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Title

Commitment Typing Specialist to join our U.S. Title Operations team. This is a production-focused role responsible for accurately preparing, typing, formatting, reviewing, and finalizing ALTA Title Commitment documents.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Title Commitment Typing, exceptional typing speed and accuracy, and a strong understanding of U.S. title processes, underwriter guidelines, and state-specific requirements. The candidate must consistently achieve daily productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and quality targets while ensuring complete compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Technical Skills
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 5060 WPM preferred) with 98–99% accuracy.
- Solid keyboard proficiency with the ability to type large volumes of title documents efficiently.
- Proven experience in preparing ALTA Title Commitment documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and document formatting skills.
- Strong understanding of ALTA commitment structure and title terminology.




- Knowledge of legal descriptions, including metes & bounds and lot/block descriptions.
- Ability to interpret title search packages, examiner notes, and title reports.
- Familiarity with state-specific title requirements and underwriter guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PDF editing tools, and title production software such as SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to consistently achieve productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
- Good written communication skills for email and ticket-based interactions.
