Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cluster Manager role based in Chennai. The Cluster Manager will oversee business operations across a defined cluster of branches, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and growth targets.



Responsibilities include managing and mentoring branch teams, implementing corporate strategies, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, and coordinating with underwriting, claims, and support functions to deliver high-quality service. The Cluster Manager will also identify new business opportunities, build relationships with channel partners and corporate clients, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications
- Robust leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Proven ability in sales management, business development, and achieving revenue and profitability targets within insurance or financial services.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills for working with internal tea
