Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Gurugram. The Sales Development Representative will engage prospective customers through calls, emails, and social channels to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.



This role includes researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and conducting discovery conversations to understand customer needs and potential fit with Amoga’s platform. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns, schedule product demos, and support follow-up activities. The position also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking performance metrics, and continuously refining outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated Sales and Business Development capabilities, including identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and supporting deal progression.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly
