Job Description (JD) Visual Merchandiser (VM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute attractive product displays and window displays.
- Arrange merchandise according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Change displays for promotions, festivals, and recent product launches.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment.
- Use mannequins, props, lighting, and signage to enhance product presentation.
- Analyze customer shopping patterns and optimize store layouts.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across all departments.
- Coordinate with store managers and department heads to implement display plans.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
