Customer Relationship Executive (Creative Operations)

At Jayas Adbuth Productions LLP (AdbuthVerse), we're looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who will become the communication bridge between our clients and our creative production teams.

Do you enjoy working with clients while coordinating with creative teams? Are you someone who can ensure every project moves smoothly from enquiry to final delivery?

Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients from website, CRM, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear project briefs.
- Coordinate daily with Video Editors, Motion Graphics Designers, Graphic Designers, and other creative team members.
- Track project progress and proactively update clients.
- Collect client feedback and communicate revisions to the creative team.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with exceptional client satisfaction.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle—from lead generation and client onboarding to delivery and project closure.




- Follow up with existing clients for additional work and long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
- Create and monitor projects, timelines, and delivery status.
- Support the sales pipeline by ensuring enquiries are converted into active clients.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a plus).
- Solid client handling and relationship management skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of creative workflows (video editing, graphics, motion design).
- Experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- AI tool awareness is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Project Coordination, Operations, or Account Management.
