Responsibilities

1. Managing direct tax compliance and advisory assignments for corporate clients.
2. Preparing and reviewing income tax returns, TDS compliances, and advance tax workings.
3. Handling tax litigation matters and departmental interactions.
4. Supporting international tax and withholding tax advisory assignments.
5.



Building and managing client relationships while acting as a key point of contact.
6. Training and mentoring junior team members.
7. Assisting in business development activities and proposal preparation.
8. Ensuring timely delivery of projects and practice management activities.

Requirements

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
2. 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Direct Tax.
3. Experience in tax compliance, advisory, and litigation matters.
4. Understanding of international taxation and tax treaties.
5. Strong client handling and team management skills.
6. Knowledge of MS Office, Tally, Winman, and related applications.
7. Good communication and analytical skills.
