Scope of Work (SOW) for 3D Visualizer

Project Overview:

This role involves close collaboration with creative teams, project managers, and

clients, requiring the ability to adapt quickly to different project needs and

timelines while consistently delivering top-tier visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Modelling & Rendering:

o Creation of High-Quality 3D Models:

▪ Develop 3D models that translate client briefs and creative direction into

detailed, realistic assets. These models will range from objects and

environments to more complex scenes for products, buildings, or entire

landscapes, depending on the project.

▪ The 3D models should adhere to specifications regarding scale, texture, and

context. This requires a strong understanding of both real-world physics (for

realism) and abstract creative principles (for aesthetic innovation).

o Photorealistic Rendering:

▪ Produce high-quality renders with a focus on photorealism, ensuring that

the final image or animation resembles real-world lighting, textures, and

materials.



This involves using advanced rendering techniques (e.g., ray

tracing) to capture nuances like reflections, refractions, and shadows.

▪ The renders will be used in a variety of formats: static images for digital

campaigns, as part of immersive video content for events, or as highdefinition sequences in film productions.

▪ Ensure that all renderings are suitable for both print and digital media,

adapting formats as needed.

Collaboration & Creative Direction:

Team Collaboration:

▪ Work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and

other team members to ensure that the 3D visualizations are aligned with

the overall campaign and brand direction. This is a cooperative process,

where you may be asked to refine or alter concepts based on input from

other creatives.

▪ Assist in developing mood boards and visual concepts that will guide the

entire creative process, contributing your unique perspective
