We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and patient-focused Staff Nurses to join our Medical Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients undergoing psychiatric treatment and de-addiction programs.
- Monitor clients' physical and mental health, including vital signs and overall well-being.
- Administer medications accurately and safely as prescribed.
- Assist doctors and psychiatrists during consultations and medical procedures.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation, medication records, and patient progress notes.
- Ensure infection control practices and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Support high-risk client monitoring and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate clients on medication, health, and wellness under medical guidance.
- Participate in training programs and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Experience:
- Freshers with solid clinical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Psychiatry, De-addiction, Mental Health, Rehabilitation, or Hospital Nursing is preferred.
