About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales revenue through company-provided leads.
- Contact prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project features, benefits, and USPs to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights.




- Stay updated on real estate projects, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities whenever required.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Minimum qualification preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales or Field Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Valid Driving Licence will be an added advantage.
