Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply. The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, marketing support, and coordination with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.




- Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams for customer requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Support digital marketing activities, social media promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA Marketing preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
