1. Operations & Facility Management
- Ensure smooth daily operations across all assigned hostel properties.
- Enforce SOPs for front desk, housekeeping, security, and food & beverage (F&B;) services.
- Conduct regular property audits to maintain high standards of hygiene, maintenance, and safety.

2. Revenue & Financial Performance
- Hold profit and loss (P&L;) responsibility for the cluster.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and occupancy rates.
- Monitor local competitors, market trends, and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Oversee budget planning, cost control, and collection processes.

3. Guest Experience & Community Building
- Ensure an exceptional, community-driven guest experience tailored to travelers or students.




- Monitor and respond to online guest reviews across platforms (e.g., Google, Booking.com, Hostelworld).
- Coordinate social events, community experiences, and local partnerships.

4. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor Property Managers and on-ground staff.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and foster a high-performance hospitality culture.
- Experience: 5–6 years in student housing, hospitality, or co-living sectors.
- Skills: Solid crisis management, empathetic communication, and vendor management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
