Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in the industrial valves industry to drive business development, customer relationship management, and tendering activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing industrial valves, preparing techno-commercial offers, and managing the complete tender submission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with customers, EPC contractors, OEMs, and consultants.
- Promote industrial valve products and achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
- Handle RFQs, prepare techno-commercial quotations, and negotiate with customers.
- Manage end-to-end tender submission through government and private procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial terms to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, production,



and finance teams for timely proposal preparation.
- Follow up on submitted quotations, participate in bid clarification meetings, and support contract finalization.
- Maintain customer database, sales pipeline, and tender status reports.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities.

Required Skills
- Experience in industrial valve sales, marketing, and tendering.
- Knowledge of valve products, applications, and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with Government and Private e-Tender portals.
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial offers and costing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software.
