We’re seeking an Associate Full Stack Engineer to join our Retail Print & Marketing team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of systems that manage print solutioin and workflows using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and cloud-native architectures. This role requires strong hands-on experience across application development, databases, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to learn, build, and deliver reliable features. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with robust fundamentals, curiosity, and a growth mindset who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development of full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the

backend and Angular/React with TypeScript on the frontend.

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, build,



and test scalable features and applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following team standards and best

practices.

• Analyze application and system behavior using monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk,

New Relic, and similar platforms

• Assist in integrating front-end and back-end components through RESTful APIs.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing activities to ensure quality and

performance.

• Learn and apply modern software development practices, including CI/CD, Git-based

workflows, and Agile methodologies.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, AI code assistants) as part of daily

engineering workflows to accelerate development velocity and code quality.

• Support production systems and assist with troubleshooting under guidance from senior team

members.
