We’re Hiring: Management Trainee – Brand & Creative

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Your Role

As a Management Trainee, you’ll work directly with the founding team and gain hands-on experience across branding, content, design, marketing, and AI-driven creative workflows.

What You’ll Do

* Design compelling creatives for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing communication.

* Transform ideas into engaging visual stories across multiple platforms.

* Support campaign ideation, content planning, and brand communication.

* Use AI tools to accelerate design, content creation, research, and creative execution.

* Collaborate with internal teams, photographers, videographers, and external partners.

* Stay updated on design trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging creative technologies.





What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

* Strong understanding of graphic design, branding, typography, and visual communication.

* Excellent storytelling and communication skills.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.

* Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or equivalent creative platforms.

* A keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

* Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and thrive in a quick-paced startup environment.
