We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to join our Mohali office and become a key member of our delivery team, ensuring every project is delivered to an exceptional standard.

The Role

This is a senior position requiring
a minimum of 5 years’ experience
working within a digital agency.

You will report directly to our Senior Project Manager and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 people across design, development, SEO, software, paid media, branding, content, and marketing.

This role requires someone who combines exceptional organisation with a strong creative eye. You should be passionate about producing high-quality work, maintaining exceptionally high standards,



and ensuring every project leaves the agency at the highest possible level.

Responsibilities
- Manage website, branding, software, SEO, and digital marketing projects from initial brief through to launch.
- Coordinate designers, developers, SEO specialists, PPC specialists, software engineers, content writers, and other digital teams.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, resources, and workloads across approximately 20 team members.
- Carry out thorough quality assurance (QA) on all work before it is presented internally or delivered to clients.
- Review websites, designs, software, marketing campaigns, and creative assets to ensure they meet agency standards.
- Maintain consistently high creative and technical standards across every project.
- Prepare qualified project documentation, specifications, presentations, and meeting notes.
