Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Payroll & Compliance with hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and robust knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing using SAP HCM.
- Handle attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements, and Full & Final settlements.
- Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and Form 16.
- Handle EPFO/ESIC portals, challans, returns, employee KYC, and compliance audits.
- Perform payroll reconciliation, salary register preparation, bank advice, and salary JV processing.
- Manage vendor/contract workforce payroll and invoice verification.




- Generate SAP payroll reports and perform payroll variance analysis.
- Handle employee payroll, tax, and compliance queries.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills:
- Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
- Expertise in PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Form 16, and F&F; Settlement.
- Advanced MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Payroll audit experience, statutory inspections, insurance/perks management, and exposure to HRMS/biometric systems.
