Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Proofreader

who will be responsible for reviewing written content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to grammatical and stylistic standards. The Proofreader will play a key role in maintaining the quality and professionalism of various types of content, including business documents, articles, marketing materials, websites, presentations, videos, and publications across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Review written content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax,



and typographical errors.
- Ensure consistency in language, formatting, tone, style, and terminology throughout all content.
- Verify adherence to company brand guidelines and editorial standards.
- Provide light editing to improve clarity, coherence, readability, and overall flow while preserving the author's original voice.
- Suggest appropriate rephrasing or restructuring of sentences to enhance content quality.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies, contradictions, and formatting issues within documents.
- Verify the accuracy of factual information, including names, dates, statistics, references, and hyperlinks.
- Cross-check information with reliable sources to ensure credibility and correctness.
- Review and edit business documents, SOPs, website content, blogs, marketing materials, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
