Role Description
The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations for real estate development projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and in alignment with quality standards. This full time, on-site role is based in Sion and involves coordinating project activities, allocating responsibilities, and monitoring progress across cross-functional teams. The Team Leader will guide team members, support problem-solving on-site, and ensure that project plans, timelines,



and budgets are adhered to. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors, preparing regular status reports, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and safety guidelines. The Team Leader will also contribute to process improvements and help foster a collaborative, performance-driven work environment.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, motivate team members, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong project coordination and organizational abilities, with experience managing schedules, resources, and deliverables in construction or real estate.
