Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Interior Designer who can independently manage interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, preparing estimates, supervising site execution, coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with excellent quality.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning
- Meet clients and understand their requirements.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, and mood boards.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.
- Select materials, finishes, fabrics, lighting, and furnishings.
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates.

Site Supervision & Execution
- Conduct site measurements and inspections.
- Supervise day-to-day interior execution.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, curtain installers, wallpaper installers, flooring teams, and other subcontractors.
- Monitor quality,



workmanship, and finishing standards.
- Resolve technical and execution issues at the site.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline.

Project Management
- Prepare project schedules.
- Coordinate procurement of materials.
- Maintain daily site progress reports.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
- Verify contractor bills and material consumption.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at project sites.

Required Skills
- Excellent knowledge of interior materials and execution methods.
- Strong understanding of false ceiling, modular furniture, wallpaper, curtains, blinds, wooden flooring, carpets, lighting, and home décor installation.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Valuable estimation and quantity calculation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
