Role Description

We are looking for a Facility Manager for a full time, on-site role in Greater Noida. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential and commercial facilities, managing staff and vendors, ensuring smooth facility operations, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial facilities.
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping, and other facility services.
- Supervise on-site staff and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Address client, resident, and tenant concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Monitor facility budgets, service reports, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies,



and statutory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in facility management, property management, or building operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and solve operational issues efficiently.
- Experience in residential societies, commercial buildings, or facility management companies is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
