Role & responsibilities
- Forecast labor requirements based on daily order volumes and SKU complexity.
- Allocate staff across picking, packing, and put-away zones to eliminate bottlenecks.
- Conduct shift briefings and manage on-floor productivity (Units Per Hour).
- Monitor real-time picking queues to ensure On-Time Order Dispatch.
- Enforce rigorous quality checks to eliminate Short Picking (missing items) and Excess Picking (inventory leakage).
- Resolve system-to-physical discrepancies immediately within the WMS.
- Coordinate with the transport team for timely vehicle placement and loading.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Graduate in any stream (Logistics/Supply Chain specialization is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Expertise: Strong understanding of retail warehouse workflows and "Wave Picking" strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Must be comfortable with Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to track shift KPIs.
- Behavioral: High stress-tolerance, quick decision-making, and solid people-management skills.
