We are hire for Team Manager Operations for International Voice Process
Education: Any Graduate
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years of experience in team management (Voice Process)
Shift Timings: 12:30pm -9:30pm / 1:30pm -10:30pm
Week Off: Rotational off
Key Skill Requirements:
- Solid Communication Skills
- Must have experience in handling larger teams i.e., 25+ FTE
- Proven experience in managing KPIs, SLA adherence, CSAT, AHT, quality and compliance metrics
- Experience in achieving TAT
- Process improvement and client management experience
