Role Description
The Regional Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow,



responsible for overseeing branch operations and ensuring productive delivery of housing finance services across the assigned region. This role includes monitoring branch performance, driving process compliance, and implementing operational standards to support business growth and customer satisfaction. The Regional Operations Manager will collaborate closely with branch managers and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage risk controls, and support audit readiness. Daily responsibilities also involve analyzing regional performance metrics, managing resources, supporting training and development initiatives, and resolving escalated customer or operational issues. The role requires proactive planning, regular field visits, and alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
