Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for metal structures
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Identify and address quality issues, defects, or deviations from standards during production.
- Analyze production processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and ensure best practices.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit quality reports, including non-conformance reports
