Role Overview

The District IT Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting the district's IT infrastructure, assets, applications, and user support systems. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, proactive asset management, troubleshooting, reporting, cybersecurity compliance, and staff capacity building to ensure smooth IT operations across the district.

Key Responsibilities: IT Operations & Asset Management
- Manage procurement, allocation, tagging, tracking, and inventory of IT assets.
- Maintain asset records, warranty details, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure proper functioning of office IT infrastructure, including laptops, desktops, printers, routers, and networking equipment.
- Conduct regular asset verification and audits.

Technical Support & Service Delivery




- Provide first and second-level technical support to employees.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, printers, and other applications.
- Resolve IT issues within defined service timelines.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.

Application Administration
- Support and administer organizational platforms and applications, including
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Performance Management System (PMS)
- Google Workspace

- Synology Backup

- Asset Management Systems
- Manage user creation, modification, transfer, and deactivation.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain IT-related reports and dashboards.
- Maintain asset registers, backup records, SOPs, and other IT documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of district IT reports and compliance records.
