About the Role

We're looking for an HR professional who can drive hiring for critical roles while also building out our HR operations and policy framework. This is a 50% recruitment, 50% HR operations (payroll, policy, and framework implementation) role.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (50%) - Manage end-to-end hiring for CRM/customer support roles, sales/salesperson positions, and store in-charge roles - Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and consultants - Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with department heads - Manage offer rollout and onboarding

HR Operations (50%)- Handle monthly payroll processing and coordination with finance - Design and implement HR policies and SOPs from the ground up - Support employee grievance handling and engagement initiatives - Maintain HR documentation, attendance, and compliance records

Requirements

2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/sales-driven organizations - Proven experience hiring for sales or field roles - Working knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance - Robust communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: Up to ₹33,231.38 per month
