Head – Marketing, Admissions & Brand Strategy
who will lead the institution's brand, student recruitment, and outreach agenda across multiple schools.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic marketing professional who has successfully built brands, driven large-scale admissions or customer acquisition campaigns, and delivered measurable business outcomes through integrated marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the University's integrated Marketing, Admissions and Brand Strategy.
- Drive student recruitment across Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Doctoral, Executive Education and International programmes.
- Lead national outreach initiatives including school engagement, career fairs, counsellor networks, parent interactions and education events.
- Build a strong institutional brand through digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, public relations and media engagement.




- Strengthen the visibility and positioning of individual academic schools through targeted campaigns.
- Lead marketing analytics with a strong focus on lead generation, conversion, enrolment, campaign ROI and admissions funnel optimisation.
- Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, vendor ecosystem and performance dashboards.
- Partner closely with academic and leadership teams to enhance the University's reputation and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for professionals who bring:
- 15+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Admissions or Growth Strategy.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
- Experience managing sizeable marketing budgets with a explicit ROI orientation.
- Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
