Job Description

Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd., a leading solar products and renewable energy company, is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in the solar, manufacturing, engineering, electrical, or product-based industry. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and support the organization's hiring needs across technical and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultancies, and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Handle offer roll-out, candidate follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and operational roles.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for a product-based company, preferably in the solar, electrical, manufacturing, engineering, or renewable energy industry.
- Familiarity with hiring for roles such as Sales, Electrical Engineers, Solar Technicians, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Support.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
