About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting end-to-end hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist in posting job openings on various hiring platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring documentation.




- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and HR operations.

Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn or job portals is a plus but not mandatory.
