Senior Business Development Executive – International Sales & Lead Generation

Mandatory Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Business Development for IT Services or Software Development Services in international markets (US, UK, Australia, Europe, Middle East, or other overseas markets), with a proven track record of generating qualified leads, acquiring new clients, and closing projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business opportunities from international markets.
- Own the complete lead generation and client acquisition lifecycle.
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through multiple outbound channels.
- Bid on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr Business, and similar marketplaces.
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Plan and manage cold email campaigns with personalized follow-ups.
- Build relationships with founders, business owners,



CTOs, and other key decision-makers.
- Prepare compelling proposals, capability documents, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Conduct discovery calls and coordinate client meetings.
- Maintain CRM, sales reports, and an accurate sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare customized client solutions.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools to improve prospecting, proposal writing, outreach, and productivity.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Business Development for IT Services.
- Proven experience selling Software Development or IT Services to overseas clients.
