Salary

₹30,000 per month

Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Any Qualification
- Prior recruitment experience preferred
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire recruiters based on company requirements.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and complete recruiter onboarding.
- Provide the company training handout and conduct training sessions for newly hired recruiters.
- Train recruiters on sourcing, screening, and shortlisting telesales candidates.
- Guide recruiters through the complete recruitment and assessment process.




- Ensure recruiters create WhatsApp groups for trained candidates and coordinate the assessment process.
- Coordinate with the internal team to obtain customer data for trained candidates.
- Ensure recruiters share customer data with candidates and monitor the assessment process.
- Track recruiter performance and ensure candidates complete the required assessment.
- Ensure each qualified candidate achieves 2 customer confirmations as per company guidelines.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and tracker updates.
- Achieve a daily target of 3 qualified recruiters.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
