About the Role
2050 Healthcare is looking for an experienced and dedicated
Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
for our Rehabilitation & Critical Care Center at Bhatagaon, Raipur. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise with hands-on exposure to
ICU and Critical Care patient management
and be capable of handling medical emergencies, patient monitoring, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage patients admitted to ICU, critical care, and rehabilitation units.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and ensure timely medical interventions.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate clinical support.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing teams, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Review treatment plans,
medication orders, and patient progress.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Counsel patients and family members regarding treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Requirements
- BHMS, BAMS, or BDS qualification from a recognized institution.
- 8–12 years of clinical experience.
- Mandatory experience in ICU and Critical Care settings.
- Strong clinical decision-making and emergency management skills.
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
- Experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or hospital settings will be preferred.
