About the Role

Drive the marketing demand generation – digital marketing funnel with Performance (Digital), Social Media (Meta, Youtube and Influencers), and Digital media planning — for CDPL's Godrej Jersey brand portfolio by building a high-impact digital presence. The role owns performance digital marketing and social media strategy to expand brand reach, engage new audiences, and generate consumer interest in a competitive dairy category.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns (search, display, video, programmatic) focused on reach, awareness, and consideration metrics.
- Own campaign budgets,



ROI tracking, and continuous optimisation across platforms.
- Build measurement frameworks: track funnel metrics (impressions, reach, engagement, CTR, cost per engaged user) and translate data into actionable insights.
- Design and manage the influencer marketing programme: identification, partnerships, content collaboration, and performance evaluation.
- Lead Meta (Facebook, Instagram) strategy — organic and paid — including content calendars, community engagement, and campaign amplification.
- Keep the brand ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts to maximise organic and paid visibility.
- Partner with brand, sales, and product teams to align digital campaigns with launches, seasonal pushes, and regional priorities.
- Manage digital and creative agency partners to deliver quality output on time and on budget.

Qualifications

MBA from a reputed institute with 5–7 years of post
