Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate Joining & Onboarding Support -
- Coordinate with candidates before the joining date sharing a pre joining email.
- Share the list of required joining documents.
- Verify joining documents for completeness.
- Coordinate with GEEC to support employee documentation and personnel file creation.
- Coordinate ID cards, access cards, and system-related requests.
- Coordinate with the stakeholder for the respective department induction for new joiners.
- Support hiring as when required

2. Payroll & Attendance Support
- Share LOP & leave deduction intimation/communication to applicable employees.
- Verify overtime (OT) data in line with the HRMS.
- Verify extended working hours data against policy.
- Check and track travel reimbursement sheets against policy.




- Collation of Mobile/Internet reimbursement.
- Initiate & take follow-up in F&F; clearances from related stakeholders and GEEC accordingly.

Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers or candidates with 01 year of internship/training experience in HR
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and email etiquette
- Strong attention to detail key for document verification
- Valuable communication skills (written & verbal) for coordinating with candidates, departments.
- Process-oriented and organized approach to handling documentation/personnel files
