About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, hardware, and services required for interior design and turnkey projects. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management, negotiation, cost control, and project coordination skills to ensure timely procurement without compromising on quality or budget.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing
- Source and procure materials required for residential, commercial, hospitality, and turnkey interior projects.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Finalize vendors based on cost, quality, and reliability.
- Ensure timely procurement of all project materials.

Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluate vendor performance on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.




- Negotiate favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Identify and onboard current vendors for innovative materials and products.

Purchase Planning
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, and Project teams to understand material requirements.
- Prepare purchase plans based on project timelines.
- Ensure materials are ordered well in advance to avoid site delays.
- Monitor lead times and follow up with vendors until delivery.

Cost Control
- Achieve cost savings through effective negotiation and value engineering.
- Maintain project procurement within approved budgets.
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost-effective alternatives.
- Prepare comparative statements (CS) for management approval.

Purchase Orders & Documentation
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Verify specifications, quantities, and pricing before placing orders.
